OROVERDE D’ABRUZZO
These
products are the fruit of careful research carried out in the “land of
Abruzzo” by Giancarlo Amelii and Daria Seri. They make up part of the
Territorial Network OROVERDE D’ABRUZZO, a
confluence of “small” business chosen ad
meritu for the “excellencies” revealed in their faithful production of
territory’s antique recipes.
Such
requirements render them worthy of representing a yet unknown land to most
people, both in the shapes as in the flavours well distinguished by the epithet
that always accompanies the people of Abruzzo in that predominant attitude known
to many, and by many agreeing to as being ... "strong and kind".
A
BIT OF HISTORY
The
Territorial Network OROVERDE D’ABRUZZO was
born in 2001 from the need to offer in the tourist structure the first bed and
breakfast, born in Atri art city in the
province of Teramo – the RIFUGIO
DEL FALCO, a breakfast
based on typical and biological products that would satisfy the requirement
imposed by L.R. 78/2000 on B&Bs: giving the visitor a packaged product.
Being
convinced that especially the “boarding” B&B tourist in a house in
Abruzzo should have had the opportunity to enjoy the "flavour" of both
the products of the region that the simple life of people of Abruzzo and thereby
taking on the task of supplying appearances and opportunities necessary for
understanding the characteristics of a population who belonging to its place of
origin which runs a few kilometres from the sea up to the hill to the mountain
and, with the need to obey a fairly restrictive law requiring the administration
of a breakfast that have given life to - a unique quality product
distinguished by the brand OROVERDE D'ABRUZZO – which can be had at RIFUGIO
DEL FALCO B & B in an out of the ordinary breakfast.
